Technology Repair Request Form
The purpose of this online repair
request form
is to report school technology problems to the appropriate level for
assistance. The repair request will be monitored by the School
Technology Coordinator and principal. The STC will determine the
level of on-site assistance needed. If your request cannot be
resolved at the school-level, the request will be forwarded to
appropriated level for assistance.
The school technology coordinator
and principal will be notified once repair requests are completed or have
a change in status.
