The Technology Office provides an automated Help Desk service (our Technology Help Portal) that is available to all McCreary staff for submitting tech help requests. Submitting tech service/help requests via this automated system is the preferred method for receiving technology office assistance as this system automatically tracks all requests (by date, time, and person that submitted the request). Our portal also provides a means for our office to efficiently manage and assign resources, prioritize tasks to be completed and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
