The McCreary County School District is excited to announce that Online Student Registration is now available!
Parents, and or Guardians,
The McCreary County School System is happy to announce that for parent/guardian convenience we are once again offering Online Registration.
Online Registration offers you the opportunity to complete household demographic information, permissions, and contact information online. This now means you will only have to complete student census data on one form rather than a form for each child.
There still will be some forms that will need to be completed manually such as nurse-medical consent and dental permission forms.
Access for Online Registration connection is via your Parent Portal Account. You will find the Online Registration option on your portal home page. Online Registration is currently available and will remain available until August 05, 2022.
Online Registration is encouraged but not required. Again this is an option of convenience. Paper packets are still an option for those of you that prefer to complete paper forms.
McCreary County Schools will have open house/registration dates. Each school will have staff and kiosks available for assistance with Online Registration.

After July 15, 2022 you will also have the option to complete the lunch application via your portal account. This also is optional. You may still complete the paper version if you wish.
*Kindergarten and Pre-School students will need to register on paper with their local schools.

Before starting the online process, you should have the following information readily available:
- Infinite Campus Parent Portal username and password. Anyone who needs to create an account or does not remember their login information may contact the school their child will attend
- Birth dates of children who will attend school
- Household address
- Contact phone numbers
- Names, date of birth, and phone numbers of any other individual who is authorized to pick up your child from school
- Health/medical information about each child

The Online Registration process must be performed on a computer and not the through the Infinite Campus mobile app, smart phone, iPad, or tablet. “Pop-ups” must be enabled. Please carefully read all information listed on each page. The process should take approximately 10 minutes per family.
